In March 2013, the government of Norway will host an international conference on the humanitarian consequences of nuclear weapons. Before the governments meet, the International Campaign to Abolish Nuclear Weapons (ICAN) is hosting a Civil Society Forum in Oslo to promote a total ban on nuclear weapons!
